In an effort to continually improve as a training organization, the Company surveys its advanced training customers for feedback regarding their experience(s). Nevertheless, it is difficult to track and ascertain those who implement and complete the training provided. Surveys results presented in both digital and print form are typically the aggregate results over a 12-month period and are audited by a third-party. Results include all respondents and include some customers who attended and/or purchased training for education and information purpose only.

Statements and depictions are the opinions, findings, or experiences of individuals who generally have purchased education and training. Results vary, are not typical, and rely on individual effort, time, and skill, as well as market conditions and other factors. We do not measure earnings or financial performance. Instead, we track completed transactions and satisfaction of services by voluntary surveys. Results show that most Advanced Training customers who apply the training and make offers ultimately complete transactions. You should not, however, equate completed transactions with financially successful transactions. Further, many customers do not continue with the program, do not apply what they learn, or do attempt to apply what they learn but nonetheless have difficulty in making real estate successful for them.
